Confetti Terms of Service

Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using Confetti, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

What Confetti Does

Confetti lets people create party albums, invite guests with a join code, and add photos, videos, captions, and contributor names to a shared album. You are responsible for who receives your join code and what you choose to upload.

Your Content

You keep ownership of photos, videos, captions, and other content you add to Confetti. By uploading content, you grant Confetti a limited license to store, process, display, transmit, and make that content available to album members as needed to provide the service.

You agree not to upload content that:

• You do not have the right or permission to share.
• Violates someone else's privacy, publicity, copyright, or other rights.
• Is unlawful, abusive, exploitative, harassing, or harmful.
• Contains malware or attempts to disrupt the service.

Album Access And Join Codes

Join codes are intended for invited guests. Anyone with a valid code may be able to join the related album, view album content, and add memories. Hosts should reset a code if it has been shared more widely than intended.

Service Changes And Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Confetti at any time. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, or error-free operation.

Deletion And Termination

You may stop using Confetti at any time. In-app controls allow you to request account deletion, hosts to delete albums, and hosts or contributors to delete memories. We may suspend or remove access to content or accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for users, Confetti, or the public.

No Paid Features

Confetti does not currently offer subscriptions, in-app purchases, or paid features. If paid features are added later, additional purchase terms will be provided before purchase.

Intellectual Property

Confetti's app, website, design, code, branding, and related materials are owned by Confetti or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the app, website, or service.

Disclaimers

Confetti is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Confetti will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the app or website.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms as Confetti changes. Continued use of Confetti after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
